Processing and shipping

 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your shipping method and location. domestic Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

 

We offer UPS and Canada post for domestic orders and UPS for international customers.

 

 

All orders are shipped out of Montreal canada.

Once your order has been handed over to UPS, we are no longer able to control its progress and can only provide the tracking information available on your order’s tracking page.

In the event that a package is lost during shipment, we strongly recommend contacting UPS directly and filing a claim if necessary. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for issuing refunds for orders lost by UPS.
